As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, serving drinks efficiently, and maintaining the bar area. You will receive comprehensive induction and ongoing training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Serve drinks efficiently.
- Maintain the bar area.
Additional Information:
You may be required to work in the kitchen or other areas within the centre. We offer flexible shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
To succeed as a Bar Team Member, we seek candidates with:
- Great customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, supportive, and helpful attitude.
- Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
