Role Overview
The Operations Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving growth through process excellence, financial acumen, and team development at Morgan Ryder.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development : Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development while aligning team objectives with Morgan Ryder's strategic goals.
- Process Optimisation : Apply advanced process improvement skills to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency across all production lines.
- Operational Excellence : Achieve and exceed critical operational KPIs, including OEE, OTIF, and Quality, ensuring adherence to industry standards and corporate policies.
- P&L Management : Oversee the facility's financial performance, focusing on cost management, productivity, and profitability.
- Continuous Improvement : Champion Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to implement sustainable improvements across all manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting, in a senior leadership role.
- Experience of driving growth and profitability within complex operations.
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements, optimizing OEE, OTIF, Quality metrics, and enhancing production efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability (minimum of 5 years).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
