We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer with an active DV Clearance to join our team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be part of an on-site team responsible for maintaining and supporting a managed cross-domain service utilizing diverse technologies, platforms, and tools.

The team uses site reliability engineering tools and practices to continuously verify and enhance the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support a managed cross-domain service
  • Develop applications using Java or similar
  • Utilize Git version control
  • Analyse problems, test hypotheses, and make informed risk decisions
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities during incident response scenarios

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in application deployment and administration using micro-service architectures
  • Asynchronous messaging, terraform/ansible, or Oracle
