Business Development Director Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Director to join the Redline Group Ltd team, covering the UK territory.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts across the Defence, Aerospace, and Space sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactive business development and sales
  • Management of client relationships
  • Bid submission and negotiation of commercial aspects
  • Improving group market position and achieving financial growth through sales generation

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling RF systems, MMICs, RF semiconductors, and/or electronic subsystem solutions to primes in the Aerospace and Defence industries.

They will also have extensive experience of leading new business generation within the RF electronic product line or semiconductor market.

As a Business Development Director, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and expansion.
