About the Role
In Scotland, we are seeking a part-time Helpline Care Navigator to join our organization on a permanent basis. The role involves working 28 hours per week from home.

Job Description
The successful candidate will provide essential information and support to individuals affected by PSP and CBD in Scotland via phone, email, and other channels. They will also raise awareness of PSP and CBD within health and social care across Scotland, providing briefings and education sessions, and attending neurology clinics to share knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries and offer tailored information and signposting to relevant support services
- Keep detailed records and engage proactively with individuals
- Identify ways to improve care and services for families affected by these conditions
This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a meaningful difference while enjoying a flexible work schedule. We offer a competitive salary package including £32,000 - £35,000 per annum based on a 28-hour working week.
