Tendering and Project Coordinator

Role Summary:
This role involves coordinating project tender packages for existing and new clients within the water industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting project briefs and producing pricing schedules that capture all required scope.
- Researching costs of materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
- Conducting site visits with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes.
- Obtaining and assessing quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified time frames.
- Liaising with project controls teams to build tender programs and ensure adequate project preliminaries are applied.
- Assessing risk levels associated with projects and ensuring adequate risk is applied to price and program.
- Preparing and presenting tender quotations internally for review and approval.
- Preparing and presenting tender quotations to clients.
- Assisting with bids for new contracts and frameworks.
- Supporting handovers to project delivery teams and assisting buyers where required.
- Collaborating with other departments and supporting senior managers within the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- EUSR water hygiene card.
Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
