About the Role

This is a leadership position within our Hearts & Science Vision hub, responsible for creating a long-term strategic vision and guiding business and digital transformation for a key client. As a senior consultant, you will have significant project and line management responsibilities, as well as oversight of some financial targets.

You will be passionate about marketing business consultancy and marketing analytics, with experience leading consultative teams on projects that deliver clear, impactful insights influencing client marketing decisions. Principal Consultants provide direction to the team, ensuring we are focused on the questions that matter to our clients and that the team has the right tools and techniques to deliver projects that are both valued by clients and profitable as a business.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Developing strong relationships across senior agency contacts and clients, acting as a subject matter expert in solutions-focused consultancy. You will take responsibility for client engagement, ranging from project delivery to consultancy and solutions upsell.
  • Talent Management: Creating cohesive, motivated, and effective teams. We expect an inspiring role model to set clear direction and expectations to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Future Growth and Product Development: Contributing to the development of new solutions and analytical approaches, driving innovation and growth.
  • Technical Capabilities: A dynamic presenter capable of engaging with senior stakeholders. Confident in acting as a consultant across multiple areas of marketing and business consultancy. Ideally with a background in econometrics or statistical analysis, providing technical excellence across the team.
