Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of complex assets across the fund, including trading entities and operational RE businesses.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines to mitigate risks.
  • Support performance reviews and financial reporting, identifying discrepancies and recommending remedies as needed.
  • Assist the Asset Management team with DD performance, legal documentation, and loan administration.
  • Maintain relationships with borrowers and prepare recommendations for asset protection strategies.
  • Monitor cash and loan reconciliation reports and support the AM team with resolution and escalation.
  • Enforce conditions and covenants, and support internal reporting and control processes.
  • Analyse monthly reports from borrowers and provide input for central reporting.
  • Liaise with third-party professionals, including lawyers, valuers, agents, and advisors.

Requirements:

  • A real estate or built environment degree from a notable university.
  • Significant experience as a PE Asset Manager at Associate/Senior Associate level or above.
  • Demonstrable track record in managing complex assets, trading entities, and restructuring.
  • Solid investment knowledge and understanding of real estate, infrastructure, and asset-backed businesses.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of issues and coordinating efforts to achieve successful resolution.
  • Strong business planning, negotiation, and analysis skills, with an understanding of investment models and drivers influencing returns.
  • Strong Excel and writing skills.

Salary and Benefits: A competitive fixed salary plus bonus, along with benefits. The estimated salary range for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
