About the Role

Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chesterfield is seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the workshop operations, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the workflow of the workshop, including assigning tasks to technicians and monitoring progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring that all vehicles meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager to achieve sales and productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
