Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

St. Austell / Remote - Circa: £50,000 Negotiable depending on experience

Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively engaged by one of our longest standing clients, a highly regarded employer in Cornwall, to find a talented Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The organisation has experienced significant growth and following a large scale restructure of the finance function, the role will initially be offered as a 4-6 month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing expansion of the business through commercial finance decision making and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with senior management to develop the company's long term strategic plan
  2. Developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts
  3. Creating growth projections and financial models
  4. Providing financial and operational analysis to inform business decisions
  5. Commentating on company performance to senior management
  6. Supporting new investment strategies through financial reporting

We seek a professionally qualified individual (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant experience in a highly analytical role, possessing a good understanding of BI and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial acumen and excellent general IT aptitude.
