Job Title: Site Operative

About the Role:
Our client is a highly reputable family-run business with a strong presence in Surrey, Sussex, Kent, and Hampshire. They are seeking an experienced Site Operative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Operate hand and power tools under supervision
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards

Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
Full/clean driving licence

What We Offer:
Starting salary of £26,000
Attendance incentive
Pension
Company van

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Working Environment:
As a Site Operative, you will be working on-site at domestic properties, performing general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor. You will be part of a team that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
