We Are Refyne is partnering with a Personal Care brand to find a Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with the company's business goals, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal sourcing of high-quality ingredients. The Supply Chain Manager will also monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overproduction, utilizing forecasting tools and analysis to predict demand accurately. Additionally, the candidate will streamline operations through robust processes and continuous improvement, work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support new product development and launch initiatives, and utilize supply chain analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for senior management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in wellness or consumer goods, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required. The company is looking for a candidate who can identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions, ensuring business continuity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain management and a commitment to delivering results.
