Job Opportunity

We are Round Peg Solutions, a managed service provider, and we have partnered with a leading Aerospace company to handle their recruitment process. They are seeking a Verification Software Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing test cases for unit testing and Hardware-in-the-loop test environments based on requirements.
  • Assisting in the production of the software test plan to meet project timelines.
  • Supporting communication between the software development team and the project team.
  • Following the approved software development process for Design Assurance Level (DAL) A of RTCA DO-178C.

Requirements

  • Degree in software or electrical engineering.
  • Previous experience as an engineer in the development and testing of embedded software in safety-critical products.
  • Experience with C programming language.
  • Scripting experience, e.g., in Python.
  • Familiarity with model-based development methods and auto-coding tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with requirements and lifecycle management tools.
