About the Role

A high-achieving National Account Manager is sought after by Michael Page Sales to lead a significant grocery account and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic customer plans and exceeding objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer strategies that meet and exceed business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including category captains and cross-functional teams
  • Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, and promotional plans
  • Manage and optimize commercial processes, including range, distribution, space, cost prices, and instore activation
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for delivering key wins and exceeding objectives
  • Proven experience in grocery national account management, with a track record of managing sizeable P&Ls across the top 4
  • Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend actions
  • Highly influential, with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build internal relationships and work effectively in a high-functioning team
