Conveyancing Assistant RoleBranWell Ford Associates Limited is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our property department, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including remortgage, transfer of equity, and new build and plot sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and introducer relationships
- Oversee the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Collaborate with the secretarial team to ensure efficient file management and post-completion matters
- Ensure compliance with Lexcel accreditation standards
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and systems
