Compliance Manager Job Description

This is a hybrid role with great benefits, requiring experience of ISO14001. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the Compliance Department and help communicate, maintain and monitor the on-going compliance activities within the business, ensuring all regulatory and company requirements are fulfilled, documented and communicated in a professional and supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT competent and confident using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience of working to deadlines and motivating/monitoring others
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of ISO14001
  • Work in collaboration with other offices in the business to enhance compliance awareness and processes
  • Conduct completion of various check sheets and questionnaires
  • Lead and document the nationwide Fixed Asset audits
  • Lead the administration of various Compliance & Legal training activities
  • Manage the set up and maintenance of the SAP system user profiles
  • Ensure the issue of the Compliance New Starter Induction Pack
  • Upload and maintain policies and procedures on the company intranet
