Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Bytes Software Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their business goals using Microsoft Cloud solutions and Bytes services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer
  • Develop deep and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure outstanding service and review their upcoming projects
  • Advocate for Microsoft and Bytes Services into customers and Bytes Sales Teams
  • Proactively look for and identify opportunities for new workloads and services into existing customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in an Architect, TAM, Pre-Sales or senior internal IT role
  • Strong and proven track record in the successful production of proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills
