About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate M&A lawyer to join our team in London. As a Senior Associate, you will play a central role in advising high-profile clients on significant M&A transactions, capital markets, and corporate restructurings.

Our Corporate M&A practice is renowned for its strong international client base, which includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. We work on complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of sectors, fostering strong client relationships and delivering expert legal advice that is both commercially and strategically focused.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a 4+ PQE Corporate Managing Associate from a reputable city law firm or leading practice. You should have a strong background in M&A transactions, private equity, and/or corporate finance, along with a track record of providing commercially driven advice on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

Award-winning experience, including mentoring junior team members, is essential, as is a commitment to excellence in client service.

Suitable Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates must be qualified lawyers (Solicitors or Barristers) with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A, Private Equity or Corporate Finance
  • Prior experience in a leading City law firm or top-tier International law firm would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as being able to provide commercially driven advice on complex deals
