Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Coordinator to join our Occupational Therapy Physical Services team in BCUHB East.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth delivery of an efficient and effective service.
Main Duties
- Answering telephone calls and liaising with professional and non-professional groups
- Performing administrative tasks such as printing, copying, laminating, and ordering equipment, stationery, and uniforms
- Providing exceptional communication skills to support the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
