Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SEN Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, particularly those with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a classroom of students and deliver a tailored curriculum
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Collaborate with learning support assistants and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
  • Provide high-quality learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • PGCE and QTS qualifications
  • Degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience in teaching students with SEND, particularly autism spectrum disorders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training or certifications in Special Education
