Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to lead our Stevenage team. To be considered, you will come from a Civil Engineering background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee higher value, fast turnover, or complex delivery programmes.
  • Responsible for every aspect of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure within timeframe targets and budgets are met.
Programme Management
  • Short-term planning and communication of programme with the team.
  • Correct administration and approval of contract programme.
  • Ensure project team comply with all relevant safe systems of work.
  • Provide resources and active management for third-party liaison and management of interfaces.
  • Ensure project team manage quality in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.
  • Setup and ensure document control procedures and electronic platforms are in place and adhered to correctly.
  • Development of project controls for internal and external reporting.
Leadership and Communication
  • Prepare Monthly Project Progress Report and lead presentations to the customer.
  • Prepare and present the Monthly Project Reviews and CVRs to Galldris Senior Management Team.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that create a positive leadership shadow to the Galldris Project Team.
Requirements
  • Experience in working on a variety of large-scale project types.
  • Temporary Works experience.
  • Experience in presenting detailed reports to the Senior Management Team.
