Academic Support Worker for ASD Pupils

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a leading North West London SEN school. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting young pupils with ASD and a commitment to providing high-quality educational support.
You will work closely with a specialist ASD Teacher and another experienced SEN TA to develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with ASD in a Key Stage 2 classroom setting
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans
- Working closely with a specialist ASD Teacher and another experienced SEN TA
Estimated Salary: £28-35 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
