Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping and Cleaning: Ensure that bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times, adhering to our strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Deep Cleans and Maintenance: Participate in scheduled deep cleans, including floors, soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings, windows, and walls, to maintain our high standards.
- Rubbish Disposal and Waste Management: Properly dispose of rubbish and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Equipment Maintenance and Reporting: Report any equipment failures or maintenance issues to our facilities team, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to COSHH and Infection Control Regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and our residents.
- Resident Engagement and Support: Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Kind and Compassionate Approach: A genuine commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with residents, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless teamwork and collaboration.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating a positive and flexible attitude.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a cleaner or domestic role is desirable, but not essential.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
