About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Live In Care Assistant. As a Live In Care Assistant, you will provide non-medical support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assist with household chores and meal preparation
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a kind and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting others. You will also need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

As a Live In Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. You will also be provided with meals or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay in, and access to available amenities.
