Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. If you have a background in Engineering and hands-on Electrical experience, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues using your technical knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with our team to implement maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Engineering and hands-on Electrical experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance software

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus full training and progression opportunities. You will also enjoy a 3 on 3 off - 12-hour shift pattern (Days) and have access to company benefits. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, apply now
