Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and buying teams to create compelling product lines that meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Conduct regular market research, attending trade shows, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in trend analysis, fashion merchandising, or a related field.
  • Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
