About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead our Behaviour & Attitudes team at Longdon Hall School. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for creating a culture that enables all learners and staff to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Behaviour & Attitudes team to secure excellence in every aspect of school life
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and attitudes among students
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure effective implementation of Behaviour & Attitudes policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of Behaviour & Attitudes initiatives on student outcomes
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of working with students with complex learning needs
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
