We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead our Behaviour & Attitudes team at Longdon Hall School. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for creating a culture that enables all learners and staff to excel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Behaviour & Attitudes team to secure excellence in every aspect of school life
- Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and attitudes among students
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure effective implementation of Behaviour & Attitudes policies
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of Behaviour & Attitudes initiatives on student outcomes
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience of working with students with complex learning needs
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
Longdon Hall School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
