SEN Transformation Programme Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The SEN Case Officer will support the delivery of the transformation programme in line with the Council’s vision, values, and strategic objectives. The main purpose of the post is to enable young people with learning difficulties & disabilities to achieve their full potential at key transition points and make suitable, well-informed decisions about next steps in education, training, or employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To write and amend Education, Health, and Care plans and manage casework throughout the Education, Health, and Care needs assessment (EHCNA) from first referral to completion, ensuring a person-centred approach and functions are carried out in line with LA policies and SEN legislation to the standards and timescales expected in the Code of Practice 025.

- SEN Case Officer (Grade 11 SCP 29-33) - Education Qualified.
- Remote role.
