Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join our team at a prominent facilities management company in West Thurrock. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will perform scheduled maintenance, monitor energy consumption, and uphold engineering standards to maximize system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform planned preventative maintenance as scheduled
• Respond to emergency call-outs on a rota basis to ensure continuity of operations
• Support the maintenance team, operating access machines (training provided) and maintaining all tools in good condition
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering and 18th Edition certification
• Minimum of three years in a similar maintenance role, ideally with team leadership experience
• Strong customer care skills, a team-oriented approach, and familiarity with health and safety protocols (IOSH Safety Passport preferred)
