About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead our Corporate Occupational Safety and Occupational Health Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop both teams to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and commercial viability.
- Work closely with managers and employees to deliver a proactive and fit-for-purpose health and safety model.
- Lead by example, promoting professional integrity and personal development across the teams.
- Collaborate with all directorates to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to health and safety.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in health and safety or occupational health, with a strong understanding of both specialisms.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A tenacious and considered approach, with a focus on delivering results and driving improvement.
