Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Waste Customer Networks team as a CityFlex Operative. This role will involve working in a two-person team to resolve various issues and provide exceptional customer service in the Staffordshire region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage systems to maintain, diagnose, and determine the most appropriate solution.
  • Liaise with other departments, including our control centre, operations, and maintenance.
  • Work within confined spaces and at heights.
  • Operate vehicles in compliance with road transport legislation and Severn Trent policies and procedures.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Requirements
  • A standard license as a minimum.
  • A passion for doing a quality, right-first-time job, with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, the ability to work as a team, and have an excellent work ethic.
  • The ability and desire to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organisation skills with an interest in problem-solving.
