**Salary:** £12.50 per hour, plus bank holiday enhancements. We offer a competitive hourly rate that reflects our commitment to providing the best possible care for our clients.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with all aspects of their daily lives. This may include assisting with personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each customer receives tailored care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate approach, and the ability to work independently. You will also require a Full Driving Licence and own reliable vehicle. A Class 1 Business Insurance policy is essential for this position. Additionally, you will need to undergo a satisfactory Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check and provide references.
