At Churchill Retirement Living, we're on the lookout for a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Princes Risborough.

We're committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and want someone who shares our passion for delivering hassle-free and positive interactions from initial inquiry to moving day. As a Sales Executive, you'll be based at the Welcome Centre, responsible for achieving sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring our services to meet those expectations. You'll work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progressing sales through to completion.

We'd love it if you had previous experience in new homes sales, ideally specializing in the retirement market. You'll need to be proactive, happy working independently, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience of using IT databases is essential, along with a valid UK Driver's Licence for site visits.

As a Sales Executive with us, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
