We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Services Leader to join our team in London and Greater London.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Description

As a Care Services Leader at Bupa, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the care home, including identifying business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalised care to residents, prioritising their needs and wellbeing.

You will play a key role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner with local authorities and primary care trust commissioners. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in care services management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to create and develop strong internal and external relationships
