Nuclear Project Lead

Risktec Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Principal/Senior Human Factors Consultant to join our team. This role will involve providing technical human factors support to our nuclear projects, with a focus on managing and delivering projects nationally and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical engineering and operational issues, as well as expertise in human factors integration, training development and delivery, and safety case support.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced human factors professional to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of our nuclear projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Manage and deliver projects nationally and internationally, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical human factors support to colleagues and clients, including human factors integration, training development and delivery, and safety case support.
- Expertise: Utilize expertise in human factors to identify and mitigate risks associated with nuclear projects.
- Education: Degree (BEng, BSc, or MSc) or equivalent in Human Factors / Ergonomics or a related subject.
- Chartered Status: Hold Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist certification.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics experience in the Nuclear sector.
- Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
