About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Refurbishment Specialist to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our refurbishment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our upgrade process, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Manage and coordinate the refurbishment process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Liaise with the refurbishment shift managers to ensure seamless communication and effective deployment of skills.
  3. Identify training needs and arrange for refresher courses or new skill development as required.
  4. Train new colleagues to company standards and provide coaching for existing team members.
  5. Maintain accurate records of training, including the upgrade training matrix.
  6. Collaborate with management to address issues and escalate where necessary.
  7. Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the process.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct accident investigations and report incidents to management.
  10. Develop and implement processes to continuously improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical and mechanical repair work.
  • Proven experience in PAT testing (certificate required).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
