About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and developing teaching/learning programmes in Hairdressing and Barbering. They will also oversee the in-house training restaurant and assess learners' progress against highly personalised targets.

Requirements
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and highly motivated individual with literacy and numeracy skills to at least Level 2
  • Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience in the Hairdressing and Barbering sector
  • Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment
