We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Equipment Authority to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our hardware team, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of weapon system electronics and processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle Management: Ensure timely and efficient product support, from initial design queries to manufacturing delivery.
  • Design Integration: Incorporate new ideas, functionalities, and technologies into the existing design to enhance product capabilities and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Obsolescence Management: Identify and resolve obsolescence issues, ensuring the continued relevance and reliability of the product.
  • Technology Insertion: Facilitate the integration of new technologies to keep the product at the forefront of defense capabilities.
  • Export Optimization: Optimize the design and functionality of the system to meet the specific requirements of emerging export markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the hardware team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product evolution and effective problem-solving.
  • Delivery Objectives: Ensure the Land Ceptor team meets all delivery objectives and maintains high standards of product quality and performance throughout its service life.
Requirements
  • A highly motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team while managing the priorities of a number of varied tasks in the context of a bigger picture.
  • A proven track record in delivering and supporting complex hardware to cost and schedule.
  • Able to coordinate both internal design and manufacturing teams and external suppliers.
  • Experience in product optimization, industrialization, and obsolescence management would be beneficial.
Security Clearance:

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to gain UK government security clearance. To achieve this, you must hold British or dual nationality.
