Job Title: Residential Block Management Specialist

About Us:

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are working with various clients who require experienced Residential Block Management Specialists to handle a range of responsibilities, including budget setting, insurance provision, S20 consultation/major works, site visits, and AGM's. Successful candidates will have 1-5 years of block management experience and a genuine customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budget setting and management
- Insurance provision and risk assessment
- S20 consultation and major works coordination
- Site visits and resident communication
- AGM's and committee meetings

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of block management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- IRPM/RICS qualifications an advantage
