Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, including washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meal times
- Promoting independence, dignity, respect, and choice across service users
- Supporting social and recreational activities, both in and out of the home, individually or as part of a group
- Maintaining care records, recording observations, activities, and assessments
- Welcoming and training new members of the care team on occasion
Requirements:
- At least 24 months of prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work 12-hour long shifts
- Vaccination requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Two prior references
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in healthcare
