About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and social events
  • Prepare light meals and snacks
  • Assist with light household duties, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Support clients with medication management
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Promote independence and encourage clients to engage in activities they enjoy

Requirements

No previous experience is necessary, as we will provide full training to support your career choice. If you have previous care experience, our training will be used as a refresher to enable you to learn why Home Instead is different from other companies.
