Academic Manager Position at Elizabeth School of London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Manager to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As an Academic Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the setup and operations of our campus, ensuring seamless academic activities and student welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Management: Support all academic activities on campus, including curriculum delivery, student assessment, and adherence to academic standards.
  • Team Management: Assist in overseeing the Academic Coordinator and Campus Coordinator, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Campus Operations: Be an active presence on campus to support staff in day-to-day operations, assist with campus-related activities, and ensure the upkeep of the campus.
  • Student Engagement and Welfare: Play an active role in student engagement activities and events, serving as a point of contact for customer service and addressing daily challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in educational management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
