Aramark UK is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Aldergrove Flying Station. As a senior member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing food production, maintaining food quality, and ensuring brand consistency.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 37 hours per week, with shifts ranging from 6am to 8pm. The hourly rate is £12.10. You will work collaboratively with the teams to ensure minimal wastage and optimal food levels. You will prepare food for military dining facilities and hospitality events, and assist the Sous Chef with post-analysis and shift checklists.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have relevant culinary qualifications, previous experience in a kitchen, and a Certificate in Food Safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. Reliable transport is required due to the location of the site.
