Becoming a Culinary Leader at Barchester Healthcare means you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers person-centred hospitality across all our services.

In this role, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents while maintaining hotel/restaurant standards.

The salary for this role is approximately £41,000-£46,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a Bank position, providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.

Key Requirements
  • Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in helping lead and inspire a team
  • A good understanding of HACCP
