About the Role

  • As a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of financial planning and analysis across the organisation.
  • Support the Head of Strategic Finance in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support to the business, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with large datasets and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Studying towards a relevant accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA.
