We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dishwasher Assistant to join our team at National Lutheran Communities & Services. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

The salary range for this position is $15-$16 per hour based on experience.

As a Dishwasher Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include washing dishes using a dish machine, hand-washing large pots and pans, and transporting food products, stocking new inventory, and cleaning kitchen equipment. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our residents.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
