Healthcare Business Development Manager

This role involves working as part of a tight-knit team in healthcare recruitment, where you will need to have commercially astute conversations and win clients over while genuinely caring about their needs.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in business development within healthcare and 2 years of experience leading/managing a team. They should be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, driven by targets and motivated to exceed KPIs.
Key responsibilities include being organised, having strong attention to detail, and enjoying developing relationships with staff and clients.
