This Role


You will work closely with our Marketing and Business Development team to deliver unignorable marketing propositions, projects, and campaigns. Specifically, you will be responsible for working alongside professionals to produce and publish marketing content and campaigns. This role requires hands-on work, contributing actively to content delivery and making the most of different channels.


You will also analyse what is working and what isn't to help improve marketing effectiveness. You will work with our Head of Marketing, Business Development professionals, the firm's Partners, internal teams, and external agencies as required.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Support the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns and content projects across various sectors and legal specialisms.
  • Help manage the development of marketing content, including web pages, event invitations, social media posts, advertising, and more.
  • Conduct client, market, and competitor research to help develop plans.
  • Publish content across different channels, including email, direct mail, web, social, SEO, advertising, events, print, sponsorship, PR, and any other appropriate channel.
  • Track marketing communications activities against agreed metrics and help identify issues.
  • Support project management of virtual teams and agencies to deliver marketing programmes.
  • Occasionally provide support at major marketing events.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in marketing and bring creative ideas to the table.

Your Skills and Qualifications


We are looking for a motivated self-starter with initiative, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You must have at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience and a strong client-centric ethos. Solid writing skills are important, and experience in sales messages and marketing materials would be highly desirable.


You should have knowledge of MS Office packages, web content management systems, email marketing software, and social media channels (LinkedIn as a minimum). A background in lead generation and/or account-based marketing is essential, along with a portfolio of work including tactical activity such as in-person or online events, market research, social media programmes, content marketing, ABM, direct mail, thought leadership, PR, PPC, SEO, advertising, brand building, email marketing, video marketing, influencer activity, or sponsorships.

We seek someone who is comfortable working with virtual teams and agencies, has effective communication skills, and is a team player. You should feel comfortable learning from others, sharing your ideas, and have a passion for marketing, selling, and brand.


Salary


The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
