Exam Invigilator Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators at a highly successful secondary school in Leatherhead, Surrey.

About the Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exams are conducted fairly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in conducting examinations according to exam board and school regulations
  • Maintaining the security of exam papers and materials before, during, and after exams
  • Setting up exam rooms and ensuring they meet required standards
  • Admitting students, distributing exam papers, and answering any queries
  • Supervising students throughout the exam to ensure no disruptions
  • Dealing with emergencies or irregularities and reporting them to the senior invigilator
  • Attending training and refresher sessions as required
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Flexible and available during exam seasons
  • Confident and reassuring presence in exam rooms
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Educated to at least GCSE level in English and Maths
