This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Associate to join our dynamic team at TQR. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering Team, you will be responsible for carrying out first-line fault diagnosis and repair of electro-mechanical issues. In addition to your technical skills, you will also contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform first-line fault diagnosis and repair of electro-mechanical issues
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery and ancillaries
- Ensure all manufacturing equipment is set up correctly and produces product according to established Quality Control specifications and standards

Salary and Benefits
This challenging yet rewarding role comes with a salary of £38,500 per annum, including a 32% shift premium for day shifts and 48% shift premium for night shifts.
